Dear Subscriber First Name, I hope this email finds you finding your own flow as we step into this new year. I wanted to pop into your inbox to say hello from a very warm and green Brisbane, and to give you a little update on where I’ve been. Currently, I am in a deep "nesting and relaunching" phase. For the last five years, sharing soap making and sourdough with you has been my joy. But as many of us know, life moves in seasons. Right now, I am feeling called to focus on my local community here in Brisbane. I’m shifting my energy toward working "offline" for a while and getting back to my professional roots of connecting with people face-to-face. So, what does this mean for the channels?
I’m not saying goodbye! I still have a love for creating, but my focus is shifting. I’m giving myself permission to pause, breathe, and only create when the inspiration really strikes. I wanted to leave you with a little thought that has been guiding me: “Great work not working hard.” I used to think value came from pushing and grinding. But over the years, I’ve learned that when I stop pushing and start listening to my own rhythm, everything flows better. If you are feeling pressure to "do" or "perform" right now, take this as your permission slip to stop. Listen to your body. Trust your own timing. The things that are meant for you will not pass you by while you rest. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for being part of this tribe.
